Hanover Hatha Yoga 

 

This class is based on Sivananda Yoga and uses pranayama (breathing), Asana (poses) and lots of Savasana (relaxation) to keep the body in a restorative, relaxed state and avoid build up of tension. 

 

Thursdays 10am – 11.15am taught by Emily Burns

 

Thusrdays 7.15pm – 8.30pm taught alternate weeks by Emily Burns and Rasa Quilty

 

Starting June 2nd: Mondays 10-11:15am taught by Emily Burns

 

£8 drop in

£42 for a 6 class card
